Before 1972 or so, it seemed like at least once a year, there was a big
instrumental hit out there in radioland, one of those things you might
remember listening to on the radio in your grandfather's car or from your
mother's kitchen radio. That whole genre seems to have disappeared,
so we're going to go through some almost-forgotten gems. Hopefully,
you will be able to get the tunes out of your head without therapy or drugs
afterward. Hold on.
